These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and BrickVoice (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a privately operated team-run hosting service located in New York, United States.
BrickVoice is NOT a registered company or incorporated entity. It is operated by a private team.
By accessing our website, Discord server, ticket system, or services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
BrickVoice is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, TeamSpeak Systems GmbH, or the Mumble Project.
Users must be at least 13 years old.
All branding, configurations, systems, and content on the Site are the property of BrickVoice.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the service without written permission.
By using our services, you represent that:
Your information is accurate
You are legally able to agree to these Terms
You will not use our services for illegal or abusive purposes
You will not attempt to exploit or damage our infrastructure
We accept payments only through:
Venmo
Cash App
Payments are handled manually through our official Discord ticket system or approved web tickets.
Payment must be received before service activation unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of hosting services, refunds are not provided unless approved at our sole discretion.
Violation of these Terms voids refund eligibility.
You may not:
Engage in harassment or illegal conduct
Attempt DDoS or infrastructure abuse
Bypass security measures
Reverse engineer configurations
Resell services without permission
Impersonate staff
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or behavior that harms our service.
The Site and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation.
Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickVoice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BrickVoice.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
